Is there a room block?

We do have a room block at a hotel in the Marriott Newport. Rooms are limited and you must book by June 13, 2025!

We have plenty of suggestions for inns, hotels and airbnbs - please look at the “Travel & Stay” page. Please reach out to Corinne or Jack if you have any questions about the best location for your stay.

Will dinner be served at the Welcome Drinks?

A formal dinner will not be served at Welcome Drinks but we will have light bites. We would strongly recommend grabbing dinner in town before coming to Welcome Drinks.

Will there be transportation?

We will be providing transportation to and from Castle Hill Inn. Please see below for the schedule:

Pick Up Saturday July 12th @ 4:30 PM - Newport Marriott 25 America's Cup Ave Newport, RI to Castle Hill Inn

Drop Off 11:00 PM - Corner of Thames & Wellington Newport, RI (IYAC for after drinks if you’d like to stop by)
